Returns Policy

We have a seven-day money back guarantee (excluding carriage where applicable and excluding all medicines).

Once 'Unwanted' goods have been received, the customer has a seven working day cancellation period.

The consumer's right to reject starts from the day that the contract is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. All returns for credit/refund must have prior approval from us and any items without such approval may be returned to the sender at their own cost. If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition (postage is the responsibility of the person returning the item).

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition, this does not apply to prescription medicines. You must contact us before returning any items. If you decide to cancel your order once the goods have already been shipped from our premises, please note that a handling charge may apply.

Prescription policy
If you have sent us a prescription to dispense and then wish for us to return it to you undispensed, you will need to contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your decision and send us a reply via a signed for envelope. Unfortunately in the event that we have already dispensed your medicines, we may not be able to return your prescription. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for cancelled prescriptions.
